A little about Nha and how her journey has brought her to this public campaign to find a kidney. Nha has been living with SLE, Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, and kidney disease for 20 years. Over the 20 year journey there were many bumps along the way that required Nha to receive blood transfusions. Because of the transfusions received, Nha now has a lot of different antibodies in her blood. These antibodies are making it hard to find a matching kidney donor. This is why we are looking to the greater public for a living kidney donor.
Nha is a funny and lovable human being who has the willingness to fight to survive. She doesn’t take any day for granted and she continues to persevere through all the lemons that life throws her way.Anonymous
Nha is currently on long term disability but before that she was a designated accountant. She is married to Danny and has two fur babies, Peanut and Butter. Peanut is 15 years old and has been through thick and thin with Nha. When her life stopped due to illness and she felt like all of her peers were passing her by, Peanut stood by her side. Butter is only 3 but her diva like attitude keeps Nha on her toes.
